The output from Video Out goes into the Pinnacle box that has its own lead that plugs into the back of the Pinnacle card which is inside the PC. The Video lead from the Betamax is only 30cm long.

I agree it looks like the RF patterning.

If I plug a VHS player into this setup there is not the patterning.
