Unhappy Panasonic RQ-SX52 repair (buzz sound) pls help

something bad sudenly happend with my casette walkman
it's just making bzzzzzz sound instead playing music
i disassembled it and i had seen that gears was not in right position, so i fixed it and played music again. it worked well, but! when i paused it and played again it started make bzzz noise.. again..
i do not really know what's a problem with this thing.. i spend about a day to figure it out, but no result
please, guys, help!
(sorry if my english is bad.. that's not my native language)

Sorry have no real experience of Walkmans. Does it do this on more than 1 cassette ? i.e. the cassette you are trying has not got very stiff has it ?

From video clips 1 and 3 it looks like the 2 gears are unmeshing maybe due to a slipping clutch action or the top gear gets misaligned due to its grey arm (that somehow is mounted to the 2 coils) dropping down.

Might be worth trying a small amount of light grease on those 2 gears.
