Garrard turntable identification. - UK Vintage Radio Repair and Restoration Discussion Forum

I' new on this forum and know very little about real vintage audio (I'm near 60 so I have some experience with not so vintage audio ;-) )

I've found a Thread about "Garrard record player deck identification" but it is closed so I have to open this new thread.

I inherited from my wife's grandmother an anonymous Garrard turntable. I don't want to throw it away, as it may interest some people. But I would like to be able to describe it more precisely. There is no label on it, except on the motor "Garrard U19". There are some records with it, from the fifties, so I guess the turntable itself should be older.

Any help on identifying it or finding some information about it would be greatly appreciated.

Garrard Model T ?

It is a model "T" unusual with that motor. It looks like a deck only.
Is the arm broken at its rear? as it looks held together with tape.
