Mullards Simonstone article
Hi all
Just spotted this and thought a few might find it interesting: https://www.lancashiretelegraph.co.u...tv-revolution/ I remember this facility when it was open. Part of it was demolished and part became Time Computers... which didn't last quite so long as Mullards. Martin

It's just a snippet, but I didn't know that the council had to build more housing.
I remember being in the pub and talking to someone who still worked there and they were still producing CRTs quite late. The site was one of those that was so big it was built either side of a road.
