As I understand it, they've recently been left a couple of large collections...

BVWTM tabletop sale this Sunday 23rd April
Just a quick reminder about this up-coming table-top at the Museum.
There will be a very large selection of sets, parts, components, testing gear, bits, pieces, odds and relics on offer. I am bringing a van-full myself, with all proceeds to the museum. Lots of bargains/wants/didn't know you wanted until you see it/useful and shed hindrances galore. Do please pop along, with an empty boot and a full wallet. It's for a very important cause - the museum we all know and love. For more details, please contact Eileen on the usual museum number. See you there, Cheers, Laurence |

Another superb museum event - huge thanks to Eileen, all museum trustees, committee and all who organised and attended.
Even four radio wives turned up. Will be a great garden party quadrangle section coming up too in June. Cheers Lau |

Re: Table Top Sale, Sun 23 April, BVW&TV Museum
I'll second that. I really enjoyed this event, I chatted to some interesting people and came away with a few new toys (All I could carry, my arms are still complaining...)
I was surprised by some of the bargains that didn't sell, OK, they were not things that interested me, but then I am not really a radio collector. I thought they looked interesting and good value. Many thanks to the organisers. |
