Default Technics RS1500 Reel To Reel Upgrade / Service in UK?

Some time ago I got myself a very nice Technics RS1500 open reel deck. It works pretty well, though I think the capacitors are probably degrading (it's got that 'electronic smell' and on some poorer quality recordings the signal sounds a bit like it's pumping).

When I bought the machine it was with the intention of investing a bit in it to achieve something like The Tape Project do with their machines, ie., upgrade the electronics.

Does anyone know of anyone in the UK specialising in servicing / upgrading Technics reel machines? I am based in Bristol but can travel. I've used Servicesound in the past but wondered if there was anyone out there specialising in Technics.

Many thanks.

Nick
