Default 2 x Collaro Tape Transcriptors - FOC - Anyone interested?

Hello Everyone,

I've been turfing out my grandparents loft recently and I've got 2 Collaro Tape Transcriptors which i'm looking to re-home. As a person that enjoys vintage audio equipment, I would entertain keeping them as I already have a Collaro turntable in my Murphy radiogram.....but I really don't have the room currently.

Pictures attached.

Now, I have no idea if these work. My grandad was an electrical/audio engineer and he has tinkered with some of the insides on the unit featured in the cardboard box.....seems to be a later addition of a circuit board, and a few cables, one which seems to have connected to a battery. The other which is in a very heavy ply box has a cable the sort of which you would find going into an old kettle.

These are Free of Charge.....The decks themselves seem to be in good cosmetic condition, so rather than just bin them, i'd rather an enthusiast had them for either restoration or parts.

They will need to be collected....I can arrange for this to take place in either Birmingham or London at a convenient date.

If anyone is interested then please let me know.

Thanks!!

Lovely decks - 2 motors doing the work of 3. And operates in both directions too.
Hope someone claims these.
