Default Akai 4000DS Right channel ripple hum noise

If you watch this video, you will hear what I am trying to say https://www.youtube.com/edit?o=U&video_id=WUZYBVwxPns

Also the speed is slightly faster, enough to notice a pitch change. any suggestions?

There is a ripple hum sound in the right channel and it is quite the annoyance.
