Is anyone else having problems accessing Cricklewood Electronics website recently? I have tried several times without success.

I have not tried to login but the site is available and seems quick, can you not access it at all or are there certain functions that don’t work?

I placed an order through the website on Dec 29th and the bits appeared here via Royal Mail as promptly as usual.

Cheers,

GJ

The problem for me is that when I click on the website from my usual search engine it just comes back saying that the site timed out. Now I know it is just my machine I will try another method. Thanks for the info.

What browser are you using? It's likely to be that that's the problem. I currently have the same problem accessing my online banking. Using a different browser, no problem. Try that.

Working from out here too. It's a cart not basket and comes up in green top right once you have added an item, works OK.

Hi all

We have been having issues with people not being able to access our site. This was effecting only certain people who were using BT internet. With the help of a couple of our kind customers we traced this down to a fault on a BT switch in their network. We have now managed to solve this problem and our site should be available to everyone again.

Thanks

Chris

Post # 10 is the sort of thing that inspires loyalty in a company ; they're listening to problems and doing something about it. Quickly too, brilliant.

Just sent an order in to Cricklewood using my usual browser. Everything as normal, and usual prompt delivery.
