Default Help required with the wiring of a Bakelite 232

Hi
I recently acquired a 232 and a 162 at an auction. After looking at the insides it seems the 162 has been wired as a 232, and the 232 has been wired as a 162. I have changed them back to how I believe they should be, but I am encountering quite a few problems with the 232.

The dial tone does not stop when I press the receiver down, also it does not dial out. I spent most of last night studying various photos, but alas I am stuck. No combination seems to work. Please could anyone please explain where each wire should go.

I have orange/blue/grey/brown/pink from the dial, and red /green/brown from the receiver.

Thank you so much in advance
Shi

I attach the following drawing from 'Atkinson' although it doesn't show the colours used. But you can check the connections go to the correct terminals. I modded the drawing a little for conversion. It might help.
