Default Leak Delta AM-FM Tuner

I wish to listen to the MW ( 5 Live for sport ) and have found my old Tuner which has not been used for at least 10 years.
The FM side works well but the AM side is totally dead. Its gives me the feeling that perhaps the power is not being switched to the AM tuner circuit.

Does any one have a schematic for this Tuner and has anyone experienced
this fault.

ElektroTanya appears to have a service manual: https://elektrotanya.com/leak_delta_.../download.html

Try cleaning the wavechange switch first.

Most of the blue electrolytics will have gone leaky to some degree. Especially the two AF o/p coupling caps, these go leaky and can feed up to 700mv dc to the i/p of your amp. Not good for a dc coupled amp.

Nothing more than resistor gone high and a reset of the power supply.
One bulb to replace and a change of the two output caps when they arrive.
Now onto it's Delta 70 brother.

Thanks for your help.

R1 on the AM board which should be 330k was well above 2M.
