Newhaven Fort Rally 1st June 2008 - UK Vintage Radio Repair and Restoration Discussion Forum

Those not going to the BVWS Harpenden event [and with access to the south coast] might want to know that there is a Radio Rally at Newhaven on the same day. Previously this was run by the Worthing Radio Society but there now seems to be a RS [for the Fort itself] in charge.
This makes sense as Worthing is a long way away and the combined Radio Museum and Club on site is really good. The whole Fortress is well worth a visit even without the radio element and is about fifteen miles west of Eastbourne. The Rally is mentioned on the Fort Site but for full info type in Radio Rally Newhaven. If any of this needs correction or amending please do. Mods might care to put it in the forthcoming events box!
