Default Re: Jason anyone?

Certainly my FMT3 tuner seems to be very good, performing well with a bit of scraggly coat hanger as an antenna.

My grandfather worked for Jason in the late '50s and early '60s, and he considered the FMT3 (probably with a certain degree of bias) one of the best available in that price range, he kept a lot of the Jason test gear around for years afterwards when he was doing TV work. I know he knew Geoff Blundell and had a lot of respect for him as a designer.

As a side note my grandmother remembers winding Jason IF transformers on the kitchen table at home.
