Default Belated-- Tektronix 75th Anniversary

I meant to post this earlier but missed the date. On the 4th Jan 1946 Howard Vollum and his associates founded TecRad which was confused with another company so on the 4th February 1946 it was renamed Tektronix and went on to become one of the best known makers of high grade test-gear, I expect many of us have something that originated from Tektronix in our dens.

The Vintage Tek website is an amazing resource. There are videos on there that show everything from making CRT's to wiring a mainframe. https://vintagetek.org/video-gallery/

I have a significant collection of Tektronix equipment - not just scopes, but curve tracers, ancillary equipment and test fixtures. I need to keep on taking the tablets ;-)
