Default Bypassing faulty IFT's and AIT's.

If your desperate to get the radio working you can bypass an IFT with a couple of resistors and a capacitor. I've used it in the past and it worked very well

Default Bypassing faulty IFT's and AIT's.

Here http://antiqueradios.com/chrs/journal/transformers.html is a link to some information about bypassing IFTs. I used it on a Cossor set a while ago pending getting a new transformer and it worked very well.
