Hi all, does anyone know the JVC HR-V605EK machine?

Re: Recommended VHS machine?
The handful of this era JVCs I have had all gave trouble with mode switch and PSU. Maybe others can offer more insight.

Re: Recommended VHS machine?
I swear by the Philips deck, not the Charly or the Turbo, can't remember the name but it's in a Loewe machine I own. Doesn't have the grease that dries up, gentle with tapes, only issue was the auto head clean roller, so I ripped it off.

It's come to me. It's the Echo deck.
