Re: Workshop #2 Cottered
I am now coming along, though won't be bringing anything vintage to repair, so will have more time to mingle, help and chat.
I will bring my laptop and printer again, with copies of my service data DVD-ROM, and can print out copies of any service data free of charge (within sensible limits of course). Also for those attending I will be offering the Vintage Radio Service Data DVD-ROM for £25 (normally £40) and the Valve Data CD-ROM for £8 (normally £12), or both together for £30. You also save on the postage! This is strictly payment by cash or cheque (with guarantee card) on the day. Sean you have a PM regarding payment. |

Re: Workshop #2 Cottered
Hi Rob
You wouldn't have a 5651A V Ref for my HP 606A sig gen would you? It has a load of zener's in it at the moment. It has other issues but I was going to brung it along to see if it's going to be serviceable. I have the R107 to continue with and maybe a domestic set if I have time, Cheers Chris

I'll be a little late arriving I'm afraid, I've a couple of DIY jobs to finish before I'm allowed out. See you about 13.00, Rob.

Re: Workshop #2 Cottered
A grand day out !
I managed, (with help) to sort out a little Argosy set and helped John to fix a Philips Valve clock- radio , missing knobs, live chassis! that is some alarm! I had less luck with a R.A.P set I took along, someone has really had a go at this ! Thanks Sean and Sean's mum for the bottomless teapot! Paul, I will sort the rotton Dansette...... eventually.... Rich
