McMichael Super 7
I wonder if any member can help me identify this early McMichael radio found here in Australia.
It's designated a Super Seven, so presumably an early Superhet. Some mods might have been carried out I'd say and currently there are only 6 valves. Peter |

Can't be sure from the limited view of the front panel, but it does resemble the 1926 McMichael 7 valve superhet referred to in Radio! Radio! on page 87, fig.210 Regards, |

A couple more pics. The cabinet might have been made locally in Australia. It is stamped with the name of a local radio dealer.
As has been suggested this might be the model referred to as the McMichael autodyne on page 83 of Radio! radio! |
