Default Fuse identification?

Hi all,

Wondering if anyone has seen this fuse type before, and where I can find a supplier. Dimensions are 12mmW, 9mmH, 7mmD. Lead pitch is around 7.5mm.

My research on the internet has not found anything like it. Unobtainium?

does it have to be exactly the same? I would put a round Wickmann fuse in of suitable rating.

I'm reluctant to do that. It's used in the high-voltage DC section of an SMPS, immediately prior to the PWM / switching FETs and it's characteristics are therefore quite important.

Google image searching provides a pic of some almost identical ones, described as:
