Thanks, this in an interesting item which is worth documenting for posterity, if not actually keeping and restoring! I'll keep a note of the images and observations, and will start a thread in the Testgear Forum when this 'offers' thread sinks down towards oblivion.

"Pacitor" was a technology used in aircraft fuel contents gauging, this is the system test set.
Works by observing the changing electrical capacitance between two vertical tubes sitting in the fuel tank, due to changing level of fuel. Cheers, Scott
