Default Re: Marconi C10A transformer

Thanks to all of you who have given me pointers towards the fault finding. Luckily Framer Dave has a similar model, Working fine. Following tests around the mains transformer and comparing notes it seems that one of the rectifier output windings has a short circuit and causing the overheating and lack of HT volts. It is now being arranged to have the transformer rewound.
