I made my own DIN to RCA adaptor using a MIDI cable. I just had to use a multimeter to find out which wires correspond to the pins of the plug. I then wired two RCA jacks, one for input and one for output and it worked well. I can also use the same cable on my JVC HR-3330 and Sanyo VTC 9350.
