Default History of Sony

Hi all

Found a nice film on Sony on YouTube. I can't fathom out how to do a link, but if you type 'history of Sony - a retro corporate film' into the search it should come up.

Lots of film of tube, and tv manufacture at their many factories.

Cheers

Mike

Thanks for that, Mike. I've just watched it and found it great viewing. Ooh, that Sony style, so neat and smart.
I see there are many others to watch.....

Absolutely superb. I was trying to date it by the electronics shown. At first I thought 1973 but then I saw some chunky radios and the U-matic cassettes and thought it could be as early as '71. In the end I decided to hedge my bets and go for 1972 but does anyone know?

Regards,
Paul

I would go for the same dates as you Unitaudio, I recognised some of the gear as being early to mid 70s but then some was from the very early 70s.

Lovely to watch though thanks for posting this

Good film, I once had the honour of meeting the great man himself.

Lawrence.
