Default Hunts Metalac capacitor

Can anyone tell me if these Hunts Metalac capacitors are paper types or not?
There are 3 of them in my late 1960's AVO digital multimeter (DS109 & MM110).

Thank you, I think that solves this, they are Hunts Metalac with a metallised polycarbonate film.
