Default High current IR diode data required please?

As title.
I have 11 of these. They have International Rectifier logo , a (date?) code of 87 42 and only other markings are I -622, or might be 1 -622.
Thanks, Rob

Picture please Rob, as I have an old IR catalogue so may get some idea from that .
If pigtale type may be 40 hf or 70hf series but lots of capsule types were also produced

Thanks Ed, will get a picture on tomorrow.
I used to have a diode data book, similar size to the Towers ones.
Mut have leant it or given away as I only have 3 Towers ones now.
In same box were 4 huge Brown Boveri, 1200V 250A it seems.
