Default RF Diodes data wanted

Sorting out my wire-ended RF diodes, can find no data for:

1) HP Step Recovery Diode 0180 315, or its equivalent MA/COM MA635
There were probably characteristics of the HP range of SRDs in App Note AN 918, or AN 983 and AN 984

2) Frequency Sources Inc. Tuning Varactor GC-20551-15 or other packages besides the -15 DO35 type

3) Alpha Industries Inc. DKV4309, is this a varactor or SRD? (DO35 package)

00180-?0315 to give it in full, isn't the stock number of the diode or what it would have been sold outside as. It's an instrument specific part number that may have been selected from the bulk of the parts manufactured

0180- is the prefix for electrolytic capacitors. Sometimes the truncation to get a number on a package trod on the toes of other parts.

I haven't got a clue what the part number of the base diode was, but something like 5082- prefix at a guess.

Thanks David. The marking is HP 0180 315. The application note would probably give the type numbers, which one would expect would be similar to the marked number.

Just found the original packing for the HP diodes, don't think it sheds any more light on the type number

5082-0180 is the actual HP part number. The datasheet can easily be found using Google.
