Default Did the forum just go down ?

I typed up a PM to send to a member , pressed send and the forum went off.
Was my laptop playing up or did the forum go down ?

Went off down here too, since returning the back button doesn't work and the definition/resolution looks slightly different.

Lawrence.

I think there was a glitch about half an hour ago. I have no access to the server logs so can't confirm a definite problem, but I certainly got a few timeouts around then. Everything seems back to normal now.

I have just sent an email to the hosting company to ask if there were any issues around 6:45pm this evening. I will update when I hear back.

We had a network routing outage due to an issue at an upstream provider.

They had a peering router blip which caused routes to be dropped and reconvergence as things settled down.

It should only have been 10-15 minutes of intermittent reachability and/or higher-than-normal packet loss.

Please let us know if you see any further issues though.
At least this confirms it wasn't your computers or internet connections.
