Hi, I have a Receiver Marconi NS-304. I wanted the Manual or schematic or any information. I need repair and restoration of this set.
Regards.

Hi,

This looks very similar to the Marconi Guardian receiver model 1193a
Would have been used for broadcast reception for shipping forecasts etc,
Radio direction finding, and would have had an accompanying transmitter
for ship to shore transmission in the 'trawler Band'.

Doesn't seem to be much info on either set on the internet, but both sets
are featured on the 'Radiomuseum'website

As an update, the NS series numbers seem to be military, so it may well
be a merchant navy equivalent of the Guardian.

Kind regards

Dave
