Reason for deleting two of my new posts please?
Dear moderators.
I am a little confused. My earlier new post advising of a BBC news channel item about a certain sensitive rf related subject this evening was quickly deleted. It was just a heads up notification of a BBC programme. I did say to watch it. Secondly. I put a link to an auction of microwave dishes and the engineering supplies included. It was deleted. This was from our own Spalding radio club page. The link included their other technology and engineering related auction items. Nothing to do with eBay, which is generally a no no unless as a solution to a wanted post. To me, it would make sense for such "information" links to be just closed for all to see rather than deleted. No way am I criticising your actions. I appreciate all of your assistance keeping this forum in order. I would just like to know, for future reference what rule was broken please? Thanks. Rob

Hi Robin,
Re your posts, we conferred about the BBC news article, and are of the opinion that conspiracy theories about 5G and the covid virus are OT for the forum. The auction for mechanical items has marginal relevance for us, but you'll find that it now been restored, for advance information only. |
