Default Vintage Revo Fan

Hi there,
I am trying to get the motor unit out of this Revo Vintage fan but it seems to be held quite tight in the outer casing, anyone got any thoughts or suggestions about getting it out without damaging the coils and motor unit?

Rgds,
Steve
