The closest standard capacitor value to 25uF is 22uF and there are plenty of those available in axial format if you search Google, he same goes for 32+32uf capacitors mainly at 500v WKG.

Looks like the 25uF capacitor is a cathode bypass for a valve output stage and the 32+32uF is a HT reservoir and smoothing capacitor.
As long as the voltage rating on the new capacitors is met, the actual capacitance is not critical in these positions. Christopher Capener

If you don't want to go to an unknown eBay seller, then Cricklewood Electronics are a very reliable UK supplier, and they stock the values you need. For the can, however, you might want to check that the dimensions of the 32 + 32 cap fit your need. They can vary.
