Default Jukebox

I came across this Jukebox in house clearance in Cardigan store. Unfortunately could open up the back to take pictures, no key. I thought folk would be interested.

I like the postcard on the front! Should have 'Yes, it is the one on the Vintage radio site'.

It's a Serenade 67 Hit 130 and was made in Germany by NSM, around 1967.
Should have a valve amplifier.

I wanted to look inside and take some pics, but they didn’t have a key, and they wouldn’t let me “force” entry.

Look around, keys are available for most jukeboxes.

There weren't that many different keys used in jukeboxes. I've two Rock-Ola Trivue wall boxes as as well as a 468 and a 443 jukebox. As they are American they use Illinois keys
The wall boxes have serial numbers 150 numbers apart, came from different parts of the country but one key fits both and one of the jukeboxes.

Not worth taking a punt on it unless it's only a couple of hundred quid as the exterior can fool you into thinking the interior is Ok. It could be a total mess. An enterprising vendor should have been able to get that open.

I only took a look at the house clearance store on the way to cafe and spotted the Jukebox, the vendor didn’t show any interest in trying to open it.
