Replacing perished wires in a valve radio
Hi again, would 24 swg single strand wire be heavy enough to replace perished wires in a Cossor 501 ac.? Thanks , Dick.

Yes, except for the heater wiring or mains wiring.

Electrically, yes, except possibly for heater wiring unless each heater had a dedicated feed.
Mechanically you might be better with 22SWG.
