Hi Tim,
Hopefully you can see where I've numbered the positions on the photo but if not, using photo titled 03 and starting at the top left corner of the NAND IC; Transistors are 1) BC182 2) BC212 3) BC212 4) BC182 5) BC182 Sorry no manual I'm afraid. Regards - Andrew

Great. Thanks Andy. I thought mine had more transistors than that, and I canÂ’t remember an IC, but my memory is not infallible ( especially these days) and I havenÂ’t opened it for a good few years.
