Default Bush AC 81 C4/C6 Caps Difficult to Replace

Good evening all.

There are 2 wax caps C4/0.1 and C6/0.05 on my AC81 that are very difficult to gain access to. Although they look in good condition, should I make the effort to replace them?

C4 is V1 AVC Line Decoupling and C6 is V1 Sg's and Osc Anode Decoupling if this helps.

C4 is a must replace as it is on a high impedance circuit. C6 should be OK if the SG voltages are good but remember to allow for the loss of AVO loading when checking against the service documentation.
