Default AU101 Transistor.

Can any one suggest a suitable replacement for an AU101 transistor. It is the line output transistor in the Perdio Portarama

The successor to the AU101 was the AU103 and the AU113. The latter was used in the Ferguson 3816. Later on the AU103 and AU113 became obsolete types and Ferguson modified the 1590 PTV chassis to accept a silicon type of transistor.

I'll have a look in my garage after lunch. I'm sure I have at least one of the AU series.

No Dave, the one I have is an AL102 which is similar but has an Imax of 6A as opposed to 10A. You're welcome to it if it's any use though,

David
Many thanks for your advice regarding the AU101. I have found one on line.

Jim
Many thanks for your offer, but as you can see I have found the correct one.
