Removing DAC90A Knobs
I was trying to replace one one of the knobs on my Cream DAC 90A. It seems awfully firm and I really did not want to force it. Is there any secret to removing these?

Look underneath the cabinet there are holes where you can access the grub screws.

Cream sets were made with all three styles of DAC90A knobs, but I'm suspecting the knobs here are of the final, push-on type, with perspex backing disc. In that case it's down to injecting WD40 (or your preferred lubricant) through the relevant cabinet hole to where the knob meets the spindle, waiting a while, then wrapping a thin cloth behind the knob and pulling...
