I just tested the ECC91 on the HSVT and the b card shows faults on the emissions. I have a ECC82 and base and wondered if it is a good idea to fit it instead.

I would say no.

ECC91s are not hard to get.

I just noticed that the heater voltages are different. New one ordered.

I replaced this 6.8k resistor but there is no trace of it on the parts list. I found a schematic with the ECC91.
