Re: Heathkit SW717 manual
Hello Merv,
You can download the manual free from here, but you have to register first: http://www.mods.dk/ PS: there is a lot of talk about making 'donations', but you need not! Michael |

Re: Heathkit SW717 manual
If all else fails, you can get one at this link for $26 - about £17. It's not available as a download - only a hard copy, and postage to the UK costs another $13 - about £8.00, so at £25 total, the manual will cost as much a the radio is probably worth, but I guess it depends on how much you cherish your radio:
http://www.vintagemanuals.com/manual...t&model=SW-717 I've never used this firm, but from what they say, their manuals are of good quality. Hope that helps. David |

I understand that an American company has bought up the copyright to all the Heathkit Manuals, and although they appear to be happy to keep the schematics in the public domain, most of the manuals are no longer available for free download. A quick look at mods.dk will confirm this - in fact I'm a bit surprised to see any of them on there! Kind regards Dave |
