Default Capacitor type?

I wonder if anyone can help me identify what type of capacitor is in the pics I attach. I have a bag of them labelled 220/125. I guess this means 220pf as the capacitor measures approximately that on my capacitance meter. Does the 125 indicate a working voltage of 125 volts?
Thanks
Peter

Extremely stable caps!!! Made by Ducon towards the end of their reign!!
Australian made. If they havent been overheated you will never replace one.
I have a "small" range of them.

Hi Joe by end of reign do you mean prior to 1963?

Cheers
