Default Indicator lamp and lens wanted

I am looking for 3 off indicator lamp holders, bulbs and lenses as per the attached photos. I am told they were standard GPO items used in telephone exchanges Does anyone have any that they would sell?

The correct bulb voltage for this application is 12v - they are wired in series with PO3000 relay coils (in another unit) with 24v across the series pair.

Ironically I've found that 12v PO bulbs are the hardest to find! So it might be easier to use another voltage if they are to used 'standalone'.

I have a pile of these (now I remember where to look) but not sure what voltage the few lamps I have in the fittings are, and most are missing their coloured lenses - I seem to have 2 orange, 2 white, a blue, and a number with no lenses at all. If you get no joy elsewhere, feel free to come back to me.
