I'm sorry to hear that, but I respect Darius' wishes. Unfortunately I am not skilled enough to build this myself, if this situation should change in the future I would be very grateful if someone were able to build one for me, I would of course cover all costs.

I made a short discription of the London Birmingham modulator for you. Thanks to Peter Scott who helped my to make it in good english.
