RS components 159-174 Thermocouple Probe Handle - UK Vintage Radio Repair and Restoration Discussion Forum

I'm trying to find out more information on an old probe handle for "plug mounted probes." The RS stock number is 159-174. Maybe its in a 1978 catalogue? I have a late '79 catalogue and there is no mention of it. So maybe further back in time. If it's in a 1978 catalogue I would love to see what it looks like if its pictured. Are there any probes or probe handles in the '78 catalogues? Many thanks for any help.

From a 1987/88 catalogue. Note: 'Recently introduced'.
