Default A couple of items for RWB

First item is an MOD valve voltmeter in a rugged case.

There is a lid which screws onto the front and contains the power lead and the AC probe plus a voltage multiplier. It is in excellent and complete condition. I have not tried it out but should be an easy restoration. £10

Next up is a Telequipment D63 oscilloscope. This has 2 dual input plugin units and is in good cosmetic condition. I have not tried this as I haven't got the mains lead for this, (and I couldn't find my "death lead"!!) though it should be easy enough to convert to IEC.

£10 and I can take to RWB.

Next up is a Marconi type 18 signal generator in a rugged case with lid.
This is a very nice outfit, with the lid carrying all of the accessories and mains lead. I was tempted to keep it and restore it, though I have enough signal generators!
It is complete and in excellent condition other than a few dents to the lid, which does not cause any issues internally.

£10 and I can take this to RWB

This is all for the moment. Hopefully some room be made under the workbench!!

Many thanks,
Christophe Capener

Well, I couldn't resist checking the oscilloscope. So I found my "death mains lead !!" and ran up the oscilloscope on the variac. It came up a treat and seems to be nice and bright and well focussed. The timebase and trigger seems to work ok and both of the Y amplifiers seem ok.

The case could do with a clean but it should be a nice bench oscilloscope once the mains input connector is found or changed to a normal IEC.

Good afternoon,
The signal generator in civilian form is a Marconi CT402.

No interest?
The signal generator and valve voltmeter are now £5 each.

Good afternoon,
It looks like the signal generator and valve voltmeter have been provisionally claimed.

The oscilloscope is still available.
Many thanks,
Christopher Capener

A tenner for a working oscilloscope - that's a bargain for someone. I'm surprised it hasn't been claimed yet.

Hello Christopher,

I would like to buy this 'scope off you if still available- I´ll be at RWB. I'm a little surprised that there hasn't been more interest, too, a 4-trace solid state device albeit I think 15MHz bandwidth- mhennessy seems to like them which strikes me as a good recommendation,

Good afternoon,
It looks as if all of these items will find a new home soon, so this thread can be closed.
Many thanks,
Christopher Capener
