Default Record player believe to be EAR triple 4 turntable not turning

I have a late 1950s record player that has been put inside a 1920s cabinet.
It makes the right noises when you turn it on but the turntable has stopped turning, is there a way to rectify this?

If it's been out of use for a long time, the deck probably needs dismantling, cleaning and lubricating.

You should bear in mind that the electronics may need attention too.
