Default Philips N4510

Dear Sir, I´m from Portugal and my father gave me a Philips n4510 wich has lots of memory to me.
But... As soon as I turn it on, it stars FFW, RRW and Start at same time.
I tryed to substitute the transistors on the Flip Flop PCV, but it is in the same mode. Could you be so kind to give me tip about this matter?

Hello Paulo,

I do not know the N4510 or similar and not familiar with these Flip Flop PCBs, so forgive me if I ask a silly question.

How do you know that FFW, RRW & Start are active at the same time, is it because the respective indicators on the tape transport touch buttons light up ?

Do you have any control of the tape transport ?

Dear Sir, I just know that the buttons are light up and the three motors plus the solenois are active. I´ve tryed the substitution of the transistors but it keeps the same

Well, here I am begging for some help again. I can´t solve my N4510 problem.
It keeps in the same satatus.
The three motors keep on working at the same time and the solenoid is activated as soon as I turn on, and I do not have any control of the tape transport.
Please, could you be so kind to help me

Have you checked the supply voltages, in particular the +2V (or so) at pin 13 of the flip-flop modules?
