Merlin Tonto / ICL one per desk : video pinout / cable
Bonjour,
I try to boot Merlin Tonto. I've not monitor. I make new PSU with meanwell PT (excellent documentation from this forum). But : i cannot make video cable and find correct pins. How to use LCD or VGA monitor with Tonto ? I don't understand video' pintout and how i can use it. Maybe have you ideas or homemade |

Could you post some pictures, maybe a close picture of the connectors would let someone recognise the type of connector used.

Looking on YT the connector appears to be a standard 15 pin D connector, the same used for the joystick/MIDI connector on PC's. As it appears to have composite sync it should be pretty easy to convert it to RGB SCART, otherwise a CGA monitor/adaptor may work. |
