Taylor 45C no cathode leak test
Hello all, I have followed most posts on here re repair of the 45C
10 turn pot A (the pot was the wrong one) stripped cleaned B, cleaned all the others with isopropanol solvent, cleaned switch 3, solvent+ cotton buds, new capacitors 3off. diodes for 1N4007, anode fuse fitted. Rectifier test ok, filament continuity ok, mutual conductance ok, gas test ok. cathode leak, nothing at all !!. There is a test on here, 1meg resistor filament F1 to black wander socket, no meter reading at all, any recommended tests to find the fault ? Dave |
