Default My tips are all wobbly...

...on a Weller TCP-S 50W 24v soldering iron using PT-CC7 (wedge) and PT-H7 (point) tips. They go in, hold magnetically, appear spring-loaded when applying pressure to a joint and work fine (I can just about hear the PSU cycling to hold temperature). But the ends wobble about all over. i wonder if they're the right tips - something found in a box from decades ago, married with a tip-less iron and PSU which recently came my way.

Thanks
Mark

You may have the wrong barrel, I seem to remember there was a slightly longer type for certain specialist bits.
