Raymond extension speaker
Hi i am trying to find out more about this speaker and the connections not sure where the yellow cable goes it is pushed through one of the connectors. On the transformer it has one to six would this be for different ohms
Any info please and what it would have been used for |

It may be a speaker designed for a 100v line. These are i=often used in PA Systems where long cable runs are neccesary.

With the volume control I would hazard a guess it is a school classroom 'speaker.

Hi,
I have a WB extension speaker with a similar arrangement. It could be used just as an extension speaker, or the transformer could be configured as an output transformer for either single ended or push pull wireless recievers. It also has a wander plug on a short lead, but I've forgotten what it does. Cheers, Pete.

Thank you the wonder plug must have been on the yellow cable and the used to plug in to different winding tried it as extension on radio but very quit.Its out of one like this casing
